Many of the Groups of St. Bartholomew can be categorized into more than one of the groups listed
above. Therefore you may find some Groups on more than one web page. For example, the Youth
Chime Choir is listed with the Youth Groups and Music Groups. It is also
important to remember that the definition of each group may include other
groups as well. For example, nearly every Group has Outreach as one of
its purposes but some groups lend themselves more to Outreach than others.
For example, nearly all of the Craft Group projects are for God's needy people
outside of the St. Bart congregation, but some projects are for home-bound and other members
of St. Bartholomew. It is very important that all groups of
St. Bart work in harmony to help accomplish God's goals that he has for his
people, our neighbors. Working in harmony and improvement of communications
are only two of the reasons for the monthly leaders meeting held at 6:30 pm,
just before the monthly Congregational Council meeting.
God has given gifts and talents to everyone. Many times these gifts and
talents can be used in one or more of the groups listed on
this page.
